📌 Job Description
Al-Mustadama Company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for external sites to directly supervise field operations at customer sites, ensure work is carried out with high efficiency, and adhere to approved occupational safety and environmental standards.
🎯 Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervising work teams at external sites and monitoring the progress of daily operations.
- Ensuring that the collection, transportation, and handling of hazardous waste is carried out in accordance with approved procedures.
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with occupational safety and health procedures and environmental requirements.
- Ongoing coordination with the operations and technical departments regarding work plans and reports.
- Preparing periodic reports on performance, risks, and operational observations.
- Dealing with any field emergencies and taking the necessary corrective actions.
- Monitoring the readiness of equipment and tools used at external sites.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, occupational safety, environment or a related field).
- At least 3 years of experience in field operations or supervising external sites.
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and handling of hazardous materials or waste.
- The ability to lead and manage work teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare reports.
- Preparedness for fieldwork and movement between sites.
